• Stakes are generally refunded for abandoned or incomplete matches.
• Winnings are settled within 72 hours of the match result being published.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, KB22 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

KB22 currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, contact support within 30 minutes.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. kb22 typically processes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may require additional identity verification, which can take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• To prevent money laundering, kb22 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions.
• If you attempt to withdraw immediately after depositing without placing any bets, your account may be held for verification.

Wagering Requirement: After receiving a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements before it can be used. Sports bonuses generally carry an 8x wagering requirement, while casino bonuses carry 25x. For example, an 8x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳8,000 in bets.

• The same individual may not claim the same offer more than once.
• Bonuses not used within the specified period (typically 7 days) after being awarded will expire and be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward wagering requirements.
